after our tasting and emails clearly requesting what my husband & I wanted, we ended up with what they wanted to make. Best is yet to come, my wedding cupcakes. The list continues.Sushi-prepared the way they wanted it not the way we requested and when I complained they never tried to remake it. When my husband approached the supervisor he was very rude. Next.due to an outside alcohol vendor being brought in by the Turning Stone we had requested and paid more money for particular wines we were in shocked to find out they were never given the proper order. Not only I get insulted but so did many of my guests and family. I had to rearrange my tables at midnight and then send a following email to the sales coordinator I asked for no pork at my wedding due to religous reasons and peperoni surrounded my cheese display. Where do I begin: I was given the okay to check my banquet room the night before the event to make sure all was in order, I had left charts for the sales team to make sure guests, place cards, favors and centerpieces were in the correct place.well, not so much. Staff was unfriendly and poorly trained from the spa to the banquet staff.
My experience as the Bride was an affair not to be remembered.
